Berit Mann
Co-President, Founder & Board Member
I’m Berit. I created Moms Help Moms in 2021, and am so happy we’ve achieved so much - although I know we have a long way to go. I’m wife to our Co-President, mama to 2, and auntie to 3. I work in business & client development in a sustainability-focused industry, where I find fulfillment in helping the environment. Throughout my life, I’ve enjoyed working with families in various capacities, including 7 years as a domestic violence advocate in Minnesota, 15 years of direct experience caring for children, five years as a family law paralegal, and currently, as a parenting coach. I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Family Social Sciences from Concordia University - St. Paul. My husband Mike and I are excited to create Moms Help Moms as a team, with a united vision.

Michael Mann "Mike"
Co-President & Board Member
I’m Mike, stay-at-home-dad to Miles (7) and Alison (0), photographer, digital creator, award-winning screenwriter, and husband to our fearless leader (Berit). In my pre-dad life, I worked at nonprofits serving adults with developmental disabilities. I’m passionate about communication, conflict resolution, and finding a positive path forward. I support Moms Help Moms through digital media, and also by addressing any member concerns. My wife and I are crafting the long-term vision for Moms Help Moms together.

Renee Guthrie
Director of Administration & Board Member
I'm Renee. I'm a single mom to two kids, a Contracts & Closing Coordinator in the new home construction industry, and a soon to be graduate (!) with my Associates in Accounting. Two years ago my kids and I took a chance to move to the area leaving behind my hometown and family. We are very happy here! I have multiple years’ experience happily helping families of little ones as a Breastfeeding Peer Helper at WIC. In that position, I enjoyed helping families find community and navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and nursing newborns through toddler years with evidence-based resources.

Renee is currently on short-term leave.

Danielle Tuttle "Dani"
Director of Operations & Board Member
I’m Dani. I’m from Minnesota, and help raise one beautiful little man! I am also a proud auntie to many nieces and nephews across the country. Currently, I’m a Senior Disability Representative, approving disability claims, speaking directly to those going through a health crisis. I excel at talking to people when they’re struggling, and am our organization’s resident expert in safety planning. As a former Head Start Evaluator and preschool teacher, I have a wealth of parenting and educational resources to provide to members. I hold a Master of Arts in Family Social Sciences from Concordia University - St. Paul.

Danielle Fritzges
Director of Finance & Board Member
I'm Danielle. Iam originally from Georgia, and moved to Ohio in 2008. I have an amazing husband and 6 children, ranging from 5-adult! I have worked in healthcare for 20+ years, and enjoy helping others. I moved from endocrinology to IT several years ago, which was a big change! Several of my children struggle with chronic illnesses, and it has given me years of valuable experience and personal empathy to share with members. We’re also an LGBTQ+ family. I happily contribute the business work and the “math” needs to the organization! I’m excited to drive the future of Moms Help Moms in the Chillicothe area, in addition to Columbus.
Meg Rao
Director of Special Events & Programs

I’m Meg, a Columbus native and mom to two kids who keep me on my toes! I am a registered nurse, have worked in healthcare for 13 years, and currently work in healthcare administration. I am passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and work to teach my children why these things are important in building a better future. I recently stepped out of my comfort zone and became a leader in this space. I have immensely benefited, and can clearly see the impact of this work. My son was born with hearing loss and wears bilateral hearing aids. As we go through this process, we have found fantastic guidance and support. Now, I enjoy helping other parents navigate resources for hearing loss, early intervention and IEP/504 plans.
Meaghan DeLong
Manager of Administration
I’m Meaghan! I have a beautiful 4-year-old. I'm originally from Texas, and moved to Ohio at the beginning of the pandemic! I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and am retired from the Military. I am presently in my ninth year of teaching, having taught everything from engineering and robotics to highschool math. My son has cystic fibrosis, so I have learned to navigate the complex medical and special education systems as both a parent and an educator. I am passionate about helping mamas make better lives for themselves, meet their children's needs, and sharing my expert guidance and support.
